Returns & Refund Policy

Please note that Bespoke Creations By Ash does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind on personalised items.

We have a seven day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy only applies to eligible items.

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange when:

  • The item is unsafe for use
  • The item differs significantly from its listing description and/or photo
  • The item is incorrect as a result of our error (e.g. such as an error in spelling)

To start a return, email us at bespokecreationsbyash@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details describing the fault and any photos. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then be refunded to your original method of payment. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank to process the refund. 

* Please note that refunds and exchanges will not be given due to incorrect information being provided (e.g. size, colour or spelling). Please ensure that you check your details carefully before finalising your order.
