Once the order has been paid for in full please allow 5 - 7 business days for the order to be completed. Please note that certain items such as the 3D Letters have a longer turn around time of 2 - 3 weeks. 

Yes, shipping is available Australia wide via standard post. Free shipping is available on orders over $150.

At this stage shipping is only available within Australia.

Once your order is completed it will then be shipped. Postage time will depend on your location but generally orders take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to arrive.

Yes, we offer pick up for all local customers. Pick up is from Thrumster which is based in Port Macquarie, NSW. 

Please note that Bespoke Creations By Ash does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind on personalised items.

We have a seven day return policy, which means you have seven days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy only applies to eligible items.

You may be eligible for a refund or exchange when:

• The item is unsafe for use
• The item differs significantly from its listing description and/or photo
• The item is incorrect as a result of our error (e.g. such as an error in spelling)

To start a return, email us at bespokecreationsbyash@gmail.com. Please include your order number, details describing the fault and any photos. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You will then be refunded to your original method of payment. Please remember it can also take some time for your bank to process the refund.
